Club of Queensland (RACQ) has signed a new contract
to outsource the hosting and management of its data-driven
marketing activities to Digital Alchemy.
Digital
Alchemy, a leading database marketing service provider,
has provided marketing database management and support
to the RACQ over the past five years. The RACQ is
now ready to take its marketing database solution
to the next level by building on its relationship
with Digital Alchemy and accessing the skill sets
that Digital Alchemy provides on a full time basis.
Stuart
Sanders, executive manager of marketing with RACQ,
said the new agreement would provide the Club with
access to specialist resources within Digital Alchemy
for strategy, campaign management and analytics.
Managing
director of Digital Alchemy, Regan Yan, said outsourcing
was growing in popularity.
