Digital Alchemy and Initiate unite

Digital Alchemy signed a new partnership agreement with Initiate Systems Australia Pty Ltd, a leading international supplier of customer-centric master data management solutions. The agreement allows Digital Alchemy to use Initiate Identify Hub, which will de-duplicate and link each data source as well as identify households. Suncorp  Metway chooses Digital Alchemy

Suncorp Metway, Australia's 6th largest banking and insurance company, selected Digital Alchemy through a competitive tender process. The company signed for the development and management of campaigns and marketing automation.

Digital Alchemy successfully presented a customer flow case study at the major conference for the National Centre for Data Mining in Orlando. Digital Alchemy begins a campaign management pilot with Sunsuper. The main aim of the project is to improve their overall campaign process to result in a higher frequency of targeted campaigns, standardised data extracts for campaigns and automated execution of campaigns.

NRMA joins the team

Digital Alchemy signed NRMA to build and host their database marketing capability. Enabling NRMA to dramatically improve the efficiency of campaign execution and execute campaigns based on detailed customer insights.

Digital Alchemy has signed a deal with Marketing Central to provide marketing resource management. The relationship involves project management for their campaigns, and it was introduced to the market to fulfill an imperative need.

Digital Alchemy launches Match Logic

MatchLogic is a targeting platform that works with customer data, prospect data or a combination of the two to continuously develop and refine acquisition, cross sell or up sell targeting.
